This Privacy Policy explains how Global Tax Relief LLC ("Global Tax Relief," "we," "us," and "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit globaltax-relief.com or use our services. By using the site, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Information we collect

Through our website forms, consultation and contact forms, appointment requests, and related intake, we may collect: first and last name; phone number; email address; state of residence; preferred contact method; preferred appointment date and time; tax debt range; tax issue type; your IRS or state tax concern; a brief message or case description; SMS consent status; marketing consent status, if applicable; lead source and referral source; IP address; browser and device information; and any documents or additional information you voluntarily submit.

How we use information

We use information to respond to your inquiries, schedule and conduct consultations, provide tax resolution services, send service-related messages and, with your consent, text messages (see our SMS Terms), improve the site, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, understand how it is used, and, where applicable, support our marketing. Depending on what is active, these may include strictly necessary cookies that make the site work; analytics cookies, such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager; advertising and retargeting cookies, such as Google Ads and Meta Pixel where used; cookies from embedded tools such as our scheduler and any form or CRM tools; call-tracking tools where used; and security and spam-prevention tools. Where we use analytics, advertising, or retargeting beyond strictly necessary cookies, we provide a cookie banner that lets you accept, reject, or manage non-essential cookies.

How we share information

We share information with service providers who help us operate, including scheduling (Calendly), hosting and data storage (Lovable Cloud and Supabase), analytics (Google Analytics), customer relationship management (Go High Level), and text messaging (Twilio). We may also share information when required by law or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information for money. If we use advertising pixels, retargeting, cross-context behavioral advertising, or third-party ad platforms, some data activity may be considered "sharing" under California privacy law, and in that case we provide a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" option.

You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, and opt out of text messages by replying STOP. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing info@globaltax-relief.com. If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information, the right to opt out of its sale or sharing, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We honor these rights as a matter of practice.
